3 Simple Steps to Achieve Your Goals

On any Road to Success there will be many obstacles to overcome. A Road road to richesto Riches is laden with obstacles. A great person once said if it were easy everyone would be doing it. Any great achievement takes time, perseverance, hard work and consistency. WHAT WE HAVE IS WHAT Darren Hardy calls the Compound Effect. This is doing simple little steps consistently over time to achieve great things.

The Key is to NEVER give up!!! Failure is not an option. I will proceed until I achieve my goals…

I have a few simple steps to take to help you on your path to Success and achieving your goals so you can “Live Your Dreams” !!!

3 Simple Steps to Achieve Your Goals

  1. Write Down Your Goals: Writing down your goals is the first thing you want to do. Why do you want to do this? Because have yougoal writing never written them down in the past! If  you do write your goals down in a journal, have you evaluated and modified them lately? You see the definition of insanity is to do the same things day in and day out and expect things to be different. Writing down your goals will solidify, or in other words make real, the thoughts floating around in your mind. Your goals will also hold you accountable.
  2. Action Plan: Next you are going to need a plan of action. these are the money making steps you will need to do daily and consistently to take you on your path to achieving your goals. These may be things like; making a list, daily marketing, calling leads, calling prospects, having meetings learning new skills and bringing value to the marketplace. This is also where time management comes in handy. Give your time limits for each action; such as I will make calls between 5:00PM and 7:00PM. Or write and article and post it and syndicate it 1 hour per day; say between 10:00 AM to 11:00AM
  3. Start NOW and Take Action consistently. Procrastination is the number one cause of failure. Putting things off until tomorrow will guarantee you do not achieve your goals. The thing is if you wait for tomorrow, tomorrow will never come. Life is a now experience. Now I make a change, Now I take the first step of many. Also remember: to achieve great things you will have to step outside of your comfort zone. You know you are making progress when you feel uncomfortable and you do it anyways!!

Alrighty then…

Now that you have these three important and simple steps to get you going on the path of positive change and transformation go right now and pick up future successa nice journal from your local store, if you dont already have one, and start writing down your goals.

Give yourself a 10 year plan, where you want to be in 5 years, 3 years 1 year and a month from now. You can always reevaluate and create new goals as you achieve the ones you set for yourself so stop procrastinating and plug yourself into the Law of Attraction of the Universe!!

Get your Network Marketing Team Started Right

The key to building a successful Network Marketing organization is what we call duplication. If your team is not duplicating your efforts than you will experience attrition and very slow growth if any.

So what is the first step?

First things first. Your new rep is going to need encouragement. Find their strengths and network marketing pyramidstart there. Grow on their strengths and encourage them to step out of their comfort zone. I would have them buy a copy of George Zaluckis’ “Profile of a Champion.” This cd will help them reprogram their mind from mediocrity to that of a Champion. Make sure you stress to them to listen to the cd every day for the next 30 days.

Get them to shut off the TV, no more news, throw out the newspapers. Media is riddled with negativity and pain. We need to reboot our brain and start filling it with positive things and motivational things.

Next: Get them to turn their car into a university. Driving around in our car is considered downtime!!

Have them listening to motivational cds, marketing and prospecting cds, sales cds. Anything to get them pumped and keeping them positive. The Network Marketing industry is all about personal development. Because, believe me, once you put yourself out there the world is going to try and destroy you, it will try to bring you to your knees begging for mercy!!

This isnt negative thinking, it is the Truth. If you dont believe me join my team and I’ll push you to go out into the world and see what she has to offer :)

I will never say network marketing is easy. It is simple, but not easy. You see, a dog with a note in its mouth can build a network marketing company. But dogs are braver than most people. Its really a numbers game. We are just out looking for people that qualify to be on our team. I got 3 nos, bang “I’m not cut out for this.” Trust me I see this day in and day out. the fear of rejection is more powerful to many people than the drive for Success.

Next have them subscribe to Success magazine. This will help transform their minds over darren hardy compound effecttime. Each month the articles and cds that come with the subscription are worth their weight in gold!! Darren Hardy is a master of success. I also recommend people reading his book and listening to his cd series “The Compound Effect” This will help people to see the value of doing small things consistently over time.


Get your new recruit to sit down with you and help them make out a list of 100 warm prospects. People they know and can call to open them to the opportunity. Make a copy of the list and hold on to it. Let them know either they can call their list or you will. Also you have their list of 100, that even if they drop out of the business you still have the list that you can now prospect.

You also want to have a weekly or by-weekly training for your team. Keep it short but cover new things that can help their business grow. Encourage them to get an accountability partner. Someone they can call on daily to keep each other accountable.

I think it was John Maxwell that said…”How do you know when someone needs Encouragement?… If they are breathing. We all need to be encouraged, It is oxygen for the SOUL!!!

In network marketing, substantial walk-away wealth is created only after you have achieved momentum. You can think of this momentum to be very similar to the doubling effect of compound interest.

Compound interest is “Interest which is calculated not only on the initial principal but also the accumulated interest of prior periods.” In the case of your network marketing efforts your initial principal is your initial effort. Your accumulated interest is that of your sponsors, who, with your proper coaching, carry on your efforts to effectively set your momentum in motion and duplicate your business building efforts.

Your sponsors follow your lead by growing your downline and finding new sponsors who in turn do the same. This has surprising and remarkable results. the duplication creates a doubling effect that once in place grows your business at a phenomenal rate. No longer can your efforts possibly keep pace with the actions of so many who all contribute to your own downline. We call this the Compound Effect. Attract A Good Support System To Increase Your Chances For Success In Network Marketing

Network marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM). Is it for you?

Generally about 95% of the population do not want to be “sales people.” there is the stigma of what I call the “Used Car Salesman Syndrome.” where people are afraid they will feel like a used car salesperson or a snakeoil salesperson. However, legitimate MLM companies all have a product or service that needs to be sold. So, why are so many of us “non” sales types drawn to a business that requires “sales?” We may need additional income, have the hope of residual income, or desire to work the hours we choose and to be our own boss. We may simply desire or have the need for the top-notch, unique products & services that are offered by the leading MLM companies.

So you like the idea of being financially free and network marketing sounds like it could be the vehicle that gets you there! Is there actually a way you can succeed in this interesting business without having to be a super sales person? Yes! If you choose the right kind of company and you have the right kind of support!

Some MLM companies have high-volume sales quotas and are geared for the super sales types who can do very well retailing their products. Other companies have lower volume requirements and may be more attractive to the average person.

However, one major problem looms loud & clear — in order to make money, the distributor must either be very good at retail sales or he must be able to build an organization of people under him, who use or good at selling the product. Going out on our own, without an organized support system or team, results in discouragement and ultimately, in failure, for the majority.

Oh, our dream is super, and our written goals can keep us motivated for awhile, but without success, even a very determined person will quit sooner or later. Unfortunately, with most “opportunities” we can lose a lot of time and money before we sadly realize that this just “will not work” for us. Then maybe we will join another company…and another…and another…and eventually we “burn out.” And our hopes and dreams are shattered!

Fortunately  some people have taken the time to identify this failure syndrome and have worked hard to do something about it. Eureka! Here comes quite an array of support systems to choose from!

But…when choosing a support system, you still need to be careful since some are not reliable, are expensive, and do not work very well. No matter how good the hype, you can still fail in your business if the support system is not able to deliver as it has promised.

Due to unhappy experiences with a few very expensive support systems, I have learned to reduce my risk of failure. To me, perhaps, the only thing worse than spending my own money and time just to lose it all to a group that could not deliver on its promises…is to introduce someone else to a losing group, and see someone else lose their time and their money because of me! MLM is said to be a “people helping people” business and we are to help other people, not hurt them!

To reduce your risk of loss and increase your odds for success, most of us, I believe, need to have reliable, low-cost support combined with a stable company that has a good, solid product line. The people who head up a support system should understand marketing and be available to help you. They should send you regular communication and the cost should be low. A good support system can actually help the average person who is willing to work, to be very, very successful.

So, is this too good to be true? Could a previously unsuccessful network marketer actually make money if the right kind of support is there? Is this a pipe dream? What’s the catch here? Yep…there actually is a catch! Like all internet businesses, you still have to get people to visit your website! A good support system can help you a lot here, too, but will not do it all for you!

In closing, one thing I should mention — new start-up companies and new start-up support groups do have a high failure rate. You cannot be successful if your company fails. For lower risk, look for a company and a support team that have been around long enough to be stable, have definitely been successful, and will do their best to help you succeed! Dont ever give up. The only way you can fail in the Network Marketing industry is if you give up. Dont let anyone including yourself tell you that you cant do it. You can accomplish whatever you put your mind into. You need to put yourself into the marketplace. With Persistence you can overcome resistance. It takes tenacity and a deep desire to achieve to succeed in this business. It isn’t easy, at first. It gets easier over time, but nothing is easy that is worth it, and believe me this is worth it and YOU my friend are worth it.

Have patience with the process, patience with your prospects and patience with yourself. Rome wasnt built in a day. Network Marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a get wealthier quicker process. This is a better way, but it usually takes time to build. Now if you have millions of contacts and have built powerful relationships, over the years, where people respect you than its going to be a heck of a lot quicker. But most are starting from scratch or with very few strong relationships of trust. Do not put a time limit on your success. Your success may come tomorrow or it may come 20 years from now. Time is irrelevant as long as you keep going. You can never be too good at anything. Every day, in every way I AM getting better and better.



Network Marketing and selling is a process. Prospecting is a process. It really is a 4 step process. Open, expose, present and close. You need to open the prospect to the opportunity. You cannot close a closed door. You do this by asking the prospect “Do you keep your options open when it comes to making Prospecting Processmoney” or something along those lines. Who isnt open to making more money. Step 2 is to expose them to the opportunity. Great they are open now use a 3rd party tool to expose them to the opportunity. Be it an audio cd, a dvd or webinar. Get it into their hands and follow up with them. Once they have viewed the presentation ask them , “So, what did you like best about what you saw/ or heard?” Once they tell you say great tell me more about that. Than go for the close. “Sounds like you’re ready to get started”. If they show some interest but are not ready to get started invite them to a live presentation and than close them.



To get good at anything it takes practice. You didnt ride off to the races the first time you jumped on a bicycle. The first time you jumped in a car you didnt drive off to the speedway. Practice makes perfect. Also very important; Practice what you preach. Lead by example. People are looking to follow people who can lead. Success attracts successful people. Always offer value to people who follow you, and be there for your team. Be persistent with your practice and always be working on yourself. This industry is about personal growth. You should always be learning and practicing what you learn. Practice is taking massive action to get massive results. I will see you at the top my friend.
