Network Marketing Training – Arm Your New Distributors for Success

Network Marketing Training — Arm Your New Distributors for Success

“Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them.”

– William Shakespeare, Hamlet, Act III, Scene i (58-90)

Hamlet may not have been talking about network marketing, but his words do apply. Almost every network marketer has experienced the “slings and arrows” of the naysayers, those often well-meaning friends and relatives that stand in the way of our making an “outrageous fortune!” Experienced network marketers, clothed in the armor of past success, are less vulnerable to outside influences. The new distributor, however, is vulnerable, and that “sea of troubles” can act as a barrier to reaching their true potential.

What did the knights of old do to prevent an injury? That’s right   they armed themselves. Their armor was heavy and cumbersome, and they needed a squire to help them prepare for battle. Well, the same is true for your new distributors. While the armor they must use is less cumbersome than that of the knights, you must help them arm themselves for success. In other words, you must be their squire.

What do I mean by “arming for success?”

When a new distributor joins your network marketing organization, they are moving into an environment that demands strong armor. There are a lot of “slings and arrows” that can hurt their chances for success and create a sea of troubles — of doubt, disbelief, even failure.

As Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert T. Kiyosaki points out, most people in this world are afraid to experience success. They are held back by negative thinking, and consequently suffer the pain of mediocrity. Because they have not been armed for success, and are more focused on security and survival, they subject themselves to a life of servitude and poverty and being someone else’s employee.

Arm your new distributors from negative thinking and potential disaster. How? By understanding why so many people are negative about network marketing and the prospects of the success it can bring.

Let’s face it. There are a lot of people out there that do not want you to become successful. When you are successful, you point out the lack of success in their lives. When you take away any excuses they’ve been hanging onto and you force them to look at their lives as they really are, it makes them very uncomfortable. You’ve heard of the expression “Misery loves company.” Well, it’s true.

Doug Firebaugh, network marketing guru, calls it the “Unspoken Understanding,” which is simply the silent agreement that most people have with each other, namely “don’t mention my mediocre life, and I won’t mention yours.” Your success and the success of your new distributors, just points out the naysayers’ mediocrity.

Leaders help others. If you are going to be successful in network marketing, you must arm your new distributors against people who will try to convince them their business won’t work.  Show your downline you want them to be successful. Encourage them. Show them how the most successful network marketers have achieved their success, and teach them to model those attitudes, habits, and actions. Remind your distributors that they are the CEO of their lives. Arm them with the power of positive thinking so they don’t let others live their lives for them with their negative attitudes.

To paraphrase Hamlet, by opposing negative thoughts, we end them.

Network Marketing Top Advantages of Using a System

Network Marketing Top Advantages of Using a System

Have you ever tried eating at a fast food chain? These restaurants have one thing in common, the food tastes the same irregardless the location. Did you ever wonder why? They cook the food at a certain temperature, for a certain a mount of time and they serve it with a smile. This is their simple system!

A system they apply to every single store they have. When you buy a franchise from them you need to follow their system, you would not want to experiment because you know that their system works. Thats why anyone who buys a franchise, are actually after their money making system, not the food.

The same is true with network marketing, you must create a system that is duplicatable that if you pass it to your network, it will give them the chance to achieve the same level of success.

The Advantages of a System in Network Marketing

1.Simplifies your work – With a system you make your work easier because you already know what you are suppose to do every single day. A system is just like your daily to-do list. You have your goals written down and since you have a system you know what you have to do on a daily basis to get there.
Another reason why a system helps simplify your work, is because the bigger your network becomes the more complicated it gets, what could work for a group of 200 may not work the same for a group of 2000.
2. More Profitable   With a system you make your network marketing business more profitable. Let me tell you why.
When your system works and you start earning big money because of it the next step you should do is teach your system to the top people in your downline. You’re probably telling yourself that a great system should be kept a secret so that people don’t steal it from you. But let me tell you something “SHARE your system to the people under your network” Why? Because if you help your downlines earn more, you earn more also. Help them in becoming better network marketers and you build a stronger network.

Your downlines’ success is your success!!!

Now that you know the advantages of creating a system in network marketing, you should start creating one. A system always works to your advantage, it does not have negative effects on your business as long as you set it up right from the start of your network marketing career. A good leader should be able to set it up even before he starts on his journey to success in the world of network marketing. But since its not easy to set-up a system, you need someone to guide you and help you make it.

Here is an example of the system I personally use

God Bless and More Success to you my friend!

Attract A Good Support System To Increase Your Chances For Success In Network Marketing

Network marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM). Is it for you?

Generally about 95% of the population do not want to be “sales people.” there is the stigma of what I call the “Used Car Salesman Syndrome.” where people are afraid they will feel like a used car salesperson or a snakeoil salesperson. However, legitimate MLM companies all have a product or service that needs to be sold. So, why are so many of us “non” sales types drawn to a business that requires “sales?” We may need additional income, have the hope of residual income, or desire to work the hours we choose and to be our own boss. We may simply desire or have the need for the top-notch, unique products & services that are offered by the leading MLM companies.

So you like the idea of being financially free and network marketing sounds like it could be the vehicle that gets you there! Is there actually a way you can succeed in this interesting business without having to be a super sales person? Yes! If you choose the right kind of company and you have the right kind of support!

Some MLM companies have high-volume sales quotas and are geared for the super sales types who can do very well retailing their products. Other companies have lower volume requirements and may be more attractive to the average person.

However, one major problem looms loud & clear — in order to make money, the distributor must either be very good at retail sales or he must be able to build an organization of people under him, who use or good at selling the product. Going out on our own, without an organized support system or team, results in discouragement and ultimately, in failure, for the majority.

Oh, our dream is super, and our written goals can keep us motivated for awhile, but without success, even a very determined person will quit sooner or later. Unfortunately, with most “opportunities” we can lose a lot of time and money before we sadly realize that this just “will not work” for us. Then maybe we will join another company…and another…and another…and eventually we “burn out.” And our hopes and dreams are shattered!

Fortunately  some people have taken the time to identify this failure syndrome and have worked hard to do something about it. Eureka! Here comes quite an array of support systems to choose from!

But…when choosing a support system, you still need to be careful since some are not reliable, are expensive, and do not work very well. No matter how good the hype, you can still fail in your business if the support system is not able to deliver as it has promised.

Due to unhappy experiences with a few very expensive support systems, I have learned to reduce my risk of failure. To me, perhaps, the only thing worse than spending my own money and time just to lose it all to a group that could not deliver on its promises…is to introduce someone else to a losing group, and see someone else lose their time and their money because of me! MLM is said to be a “people helping people” business and we are to help other people, not hurt them!

To reduce your risk of loss and increase your odds for success, most of us, I believe, need to have reliable, low-cost support combined with a stable company that has a good, solid product line. The people who head up a support system should understand marketing and be available to help you. They should send you regular communication and the cost should be low. A good support system can actually help the average person who is willing to work, to be very, very successful.

So, is this too good to be true? Could a previously unsuccessful network marketer actually make money if the right kind of support is there? Is this a pipe dream? What’s the catch here? Yep…there actually is a catch! Like all internet businesses, you still have to get people to visit your website! A good support system can help you a lot here, too, but will not do it all for you!

In closing, one thing I should mention — new start-up companies and new start-up support groups do have a high failure rate. You cannot be successful if your company fails. For lower risk, look for a company and a support team that have been around long enough to be stable, have definitely been successful, and will do their best to help you succeed! I recommend a support system that you can than monetize and build another stream of income from!!
